1. Overview
This website is operated by Aisiri. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aisiri. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Payment & No-COD Policy
Aisiri operates on a strictly prepaid model.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- All payments must be cleared via our secure third-party payment gateways before an order is processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. No-Cancellation & Final Sale Policy
Accuracy is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Strict No-Cancellation: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our automated fulfillment system immediately. Therefore, we cannot cancel, modify, or redirect orders.
- Final Sale: Due to hygiene standards for jewelry, all items are sold on a No-Return and No-Exchange basis.
5. Product Accuracy & Anti-Tarnish Claims
- We make every effort to display the colors and images of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Our "Anti-Tarnish" claims are based on the specific plating and base metals used (e.g., PVD coating on stainless steel). While highly durable, the longevity of the finish depends on individual care. Please refer to our Care Guide for instructions.
6. Shipping & Delivery (RTO)
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partner and are not guaranteed.
- RTO (Return to Origin): If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, Aisiri will issue 100% Store Credit (Digital Gift Card) for the full order value. No cash refunds to bank accounts will be provided for RTO parcels.
7. Damage Claims & Unboxing Video
Aisiri is not liable for damages occurring after delivery.
- To report a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
- This video must be sent to our support team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Failure to provide a valid video will result in the rejection of the claim.
8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Aisiri is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including jewelry designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Aisiri. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
