Shipping policy

At Aisiri, we strive to deliver high-quality, fashion jewelry that stays with you for a long time. To maintain our hygiene standards and offer the fastest possible fulfillment, we operate under the following policies:

1. Payment Terms

  • Prepaid Only: To ensure a secure and insured delivery process, Aisiri operates on a 100% prepaid model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
  • We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway.

2. No Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we do not allow any cancellations or modifications (change of address, item, or quantity) once the order is confirmed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Due to the intimate nature of jewelry and to maintain strict hygiene standards, Aisiri follows a No-Return and No-Exchange policy.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind," size issues, or personal style preferences. We encourage you to read the product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a physically damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a Free Replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us at support@theaisiri.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide a Clear & Continuous Unboxing Video. The video must start from the sealed courier bag (showing the label) and continue without any cuts until the defect is clearly shown.
  3. Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to entertain any claims for damages or missing items.

5. RTO (Return to Origin) & Refunds

If your parcel is returned to us by the courier partner (due to an incomplete address, wrong phone number, or unavailability), we’ve got you covered:

  • 100% Store Credit: We will issue a Full Refund in the form of Store Credit (Digital Gift Card) for the total order value.
  • We do not deduct any shipping or RTO fees, as we understand courier delays can happen.
  • You can use this Store Credit to re-order the same item or any other piece from our collection.
  • Note: Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate for the re-order to ensure a successful delivery.

6. Shipping Timelines

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp through our shipping partner, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
